Our Working Structure

Medical tourism is a rapidly growing trend both in Turkey and worldwide. For countries with well-developed healthcare infrastructure, it has become a significant source of income.

We collaborate with expert companies both domestically and internationally to achieve excellent results.

Medical tourism is the management of a process from the arrival of a patient from their country of origin to their return home after treatment. Regardless of the quality of our healthcare infrastructure, facilities, and physicians providing services, everything is expected to be flawless and perfect in this process management. In this sense, in addition to the provision of healthcare services, it is necessary to manage processes such as licensing in our country, utilizing health tourism incentives and state support, personnel training and employment, establishment and management of an International Health Unit, national accreditation, and international market analysis, international accreditation, intermediary organizations, and foreign partnerships.

GRS Health Tourism Consultancy With our expert consultants, we have obtained all the necessary national and international authorizations, and with our ability to benefit from state incentives and support, we strive to market our services in the best possible way and add value to our country and health tourism facilities.

Fill out our Consultation Request Form.

We will evaluate the situation and send our expert team to visit you as soon as possible.

After registering on the consultation form, we send you a free preliminary assessment report tailored to your needs, including the requested services and company information. Following this, our consultants and team conduct a facility visit to evaluate the agreed-upon points within the scope of the requested service. During this visit, we define all processes, from licensing to the international market structure.

  • From the first stage onwards, a contract is signed between the consulting firm and the facility that includes the facility's obligations.
  • A preliminary assessment report including a pre-contractual work plan is provided free of charge.
  • The facility is responsible for providing the necessary information and documents to legal authorities (e-signature, mandatory personnel employment, etc.), and any delays arising from this are the facility's responsibility.
  • Additional services requested by the facility during the project phase are considered as extras. Decisions are made by mutual agreement.
  • Expenses paid for the facility's international marketing activities (interactive marketing, advertising, promotion, broadcasting organizations), documentation costs paid to accreditation bodies, and official fees paid to the government are the facility's responsibility and are not considered part of the consultancy service.
  • In cases where facility visits are required, accommodation and transportation costs are covered by the facility.
